The whole story in a nutshell
The rooms are incredibly small, hardly allowing space for two people to move. Yet, the proximity to the Haram is unmatched. Staff were friendly, but expect delays in room service and amenities. If high expectations aren’t your priority, this place may work for a short stay.

Conveniently close but with quirks
The hotel's proximity to the Haram is unparalleled, making it super convenient for prayers. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, offering a sense of comfort.
However, the electrical sockets were outdated, making it difficult to use multiple devices at once. Additionally, restaurant services were not available during my stay, leading to meal challenges.

I initially booked for one night but extended my stay for an additional three nights because I enjoyed it so much. Mr Mohamed Mostafa Mohy went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request and even offered a 10% discount on my stay. I appreciated how the service staff was attentive and available when I needed assistance. My room was spotless before check-in, and when there was an issue with the washroom flush pump at 1 AM, a technician arrived within 10 minutes to fix it. Extra blankets for the kids were promptly provided by the staff. The complimentary buffet breakfast was enjoyable, providing a great variety. One standout member of the team was the bellman who helped with our luggage and patiently waited outside with us for our taxi. On the flip side, there were some areas needing improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it hard to stay connected. Additionally, one of the showers had inconsistent water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I liked my stay but felt some amenities needed to be better managed.

The standout feature of my stay was the hotel’s exceptional location, just a short two-minute walk to the Haram Shareef. This made it incredibly convenient for me as a solo traveler, allowing me to maximize my time for prayers and reflection, creating a truly enriching experience. The access to such a significant site is invaluable.
The Wi-Fi service was poor.
